Probably the only 24 hour McDonald's I've been to that the dining room is open all day/night. Love it!!
Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, senior coffee and a strawberry banana smoothie. Then an order of fries. Fries delivered in seconds. A few minutes later the food. Waited another 20 minutes for them to bring out the smoothie!
Came here at 8pm on a Monday night. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Took like 15 minutes to get my order taken inside with only 2 people in front of me. Drinks area is a huge mess, the floor is sticky. Trash all over the dining room. Flies EVERYWHERE. Even for McDonalds standards, it's low.
Waited over 20 minutes for our order to be wrong, had to go say something to even get our food at all. Both register employees were extremely rude. Their attitudes were disgusting. When we simply inquired where our order was they proceded with their rude actions and eye rolling! Yes eye rolling! One even started clapping her hands ???(which im still trying to figure out) A manager, or someone, should make them realize customers in the door is the reason they have a paycheck. Every experience here has envolved long waits, wrong orders, and extremely rude employees. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR COMPLETLY NEW EMPLOYEES HIRED.
I live and work near this McDonald's and gave up on it last year. Rude employees, long wait times, cold french fries. Did I mention rude employees???? It gets a lot of business because it sits at the stop light at the intersection of Hwy 38 which gets all the traffic to Myrtle Beach, so don't mistake the crowds as a sign of a good place to stop. I have written this place off for good.
