It was an honor and a pleasure to accompany my Daddy to this Veterans Affairs Office. Ms. Amber Goings greeted my Daddy with a smile, honor and respect as we entered the office. We then saw Ms. Vicki Harris, the VSO, there are no words to express how wonderful she treated Daddy and the patience she had in explaining everything about his claim and benefits to him. I can only hope and pray that every Veterans Affairs Office nationwide has such outstanding, caring people as, Ms. Goings and Ms. Harris serving our Veterans. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!
