Friendly staff. Decent lunch buffet that is kept stocked and fairly priced. Would really give it 3.5 stars because of the bland salad bar but would rather give 4 than 3 in defense of the wait staff. You do get the occasional not so friendly cashier but it's rare. Service is important to me and I like to recognize a friendly staff and credit them when they deserve it as is the case here.
We waited 5 mins before the waitress asked anyone could be helped an she was talking to the man rite behind my wife an he just walked in. Then they just looked at her an told her just take a seat. Then we waited another 10 mins before a waitress came out an started bussing tables. And there was plenty of places to sit at. The place wasn't even busy. Me an my wife just got up an left. Idk if it was because we were the only white people in the place. We are not racist but it sure felt like we were discriminated against. Only because the African Americans all were being served before us an they came in after us.
We showed up at 4:00pm and they said they would be with us shortly. It took a good 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and then they got the order wrong once it came. It took almost 45 minutes for the food and appetizers to show up... very long wait and the staff wasn't too friendly.
I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for a while due to the service. I decided to order some wings and give them a try again. They want to charge an arm and a leg for wings, but can even provide 1 dipping sauce. I was advised it was an additional cost. Sorry Pizza Hut back to Dominos or Papa John's. Asked for a refund because I no longer wanted the wings without the sauce. I was told no refund.
Good pizza. Fast service. Great prices. Can't go wrong.
